This hotel is great, and has excellent amenities like 24-hour reception, rooftop pool, and wi-fi. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost car keys during my first stay, reflecting their friendly service. Highly recommended for a great experience!

No complaints whatsoever, overall comfortable place.
Nice building and big size and absolutely perfect rooms with 2 bathrooms. Central heating, flat-screen TV, and a safe - very useful. Marvellous and lovely location to Jewish Quarter.

The room featured a spacious layout with a comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities lacked a coffee option, requiring extra effort for breakfast.

The room is clean and well cared for. The hotel is not at all noisy (although wall-mounted televisions are often a problem when the guest in the next room turns up the volume too much). The cafeteria service is very careful and with the right price. In fact, I went back to eat lunch or dinner at the hotel several times during my stay (so that I could continue working in the room).
only problem I've encountered has been the lighting in the room, is not at all practical if you work at the desk (the surface is glossy black and light bar just above it reflects and can end up causing some discomfort, headache). I would recommend replacing that light bar with a slightly more practical desk lamp. In the bathroom, soap dispenser is separate from the sink, so it's a little difficult not to leave a splash of soap or water when you wash your hands. These are the only two aspects I wanted to point out.

A classic hotel in all its aspects, which does not surprise at all but lacks nothing. Good location for walking to the centre (both historical and commercial). Very complete rooms, with good bathroom, spacious wardrobe, plenty of sockets, good air conditioning with control next to the bedside table, ( and that provided a pleasant temperature without making noise) good fridge for the minibar ... in short, everything you need to be comfortable. We did not miss anything, and we were there for several days. To top it all off, I found the price more moderate than most hotels in the centre. I think the managers have done a good job of prioritizing the basics over the decorations or eye-catching details, to offer a competitive price. It's a three star hotel: don't expect luxury or big rooms. It's simply a good hotel, for most people.
All right.

The noise levels could use serious improvement!!! I could hear every conversation in adjacent rooms, and the pool area felt cramped with insufficient loungers. Management should definitely consider better soundproofing and enhance the pool facilities!!!

We went as a family, with 2 little girls to a family room and it far exceeded expectations; the perfect room for all four of us; the girls' bed was a bunk, the top bed had a barrier, it seems a lie but in almost no family room with bunk it does, which gives us a lot of peace of mind because a fall from that height... Inside the room there were 2 bathrooms, one to service the double bed and another for the girls; the room was very comfortable and very spacious. The bathrooms did not have amenities but we consider that a good shower, beds and space is much better than cans of conditioner, body cream, ... sure that if requested at reception they would give it to us, but the reality is that we do not need it. The room is very clean. The receptionists were very attentive, we arrived early and needed to change for an event and they left us a large bathroom to finish getting ready. The situation is perfect, 5 minutes from the AVE station and 15 minutes walking, in a very nice walk, from the Mosque. No doubt, we will repeat!

Perfect location, everything is within reach. From before I checked in they were already there to help with everything I needed, putting my suitcase away until the time came was a big favor. During the stay I was quite well, with both customer service and cleaning staff impeccable. It is difficult to find something so complete for a better price in the city. I will certainly return to this hotel when I need accommodation in Cordoba. Another plus on this site is that they look after the environment.
To say something, although it is not the fault of the hotel, is that in the pool area is complicated in the afternoon to get a lounger because it meets that there will be 10-12 at most that, a couple of days while there, came a single person and was awarded several because "Maybe during the afternoon his family went up.

The old city was within walking distance and the railway a short taxi ride. Heplful receptionist with a city map. 1 computer terminal booked by a group for 2 hrs! but when we asked the reception used their own computer to look up info we needed.
Should have been told breakfast cost 15euros or a sign in dining area. Caters to bus groups which do not pay.

The superior room with terrace was fantastic, with a huge super king bed and a kettle. The breakfast offered good pastries and fruits. Plus, the room cleaners were great. The hotel was bright and just a short walk from local attractions.
the terrace could use some shade for better comfort during sunny days.
